Love Spoons are beautifully carved wooden spoons that hold a romantic significance in Welsh folklore. Originating in the mid-17th century, love spoons can be traced back as far as 1677. Our love spoons are made locally from Ash by Bertie and Mary in Newtown. They can be personalised with inscriptions and come in various shapes, and sizes;
Small Welsh Love Spoons are between 18-20cm in length
Medium Welsh Love Spoons are between 27-30cm in length
Large Welsh Love Spoons are between 39-46cm in length
